With a Dream as a Horse Riding in the New Stadium Lingood Hold a Series of Activities of《Starting point·Dream》

 

28th August 2015,Wuxi Lingood Machinery Technology Corp. hold a series of activities to celebrate the success of being part of China’s New 3rd Board. Lingood, as the first company to register in China’s New 3rd Board in its field, is paid special attention by China Plastics Machinery Industry Association(CPMIA).President Zhu Kangjian and Secretary-general Su Dongping of CPMIA made a special trip to come and attend the celebrations.

 

The representative of the plastics industry association are President of CPMIA, Secretary-general of China Plastic Association Professional Committee, Master batch committee and CSRA. Enterprise representatives are Guangzhou Kingfa, Changzhou Hongmei, Nanjing Keya, Sichuan Sinoextruder, Nanjing Chengmeng and so on.

 

Academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering, Professor of South China University of Technology Qu Jinping expressed congratulations to Lingood.SCI、Field Industries from USA  and Romevinc from Canada also sent congratulation letters.

Plastic processing and loss in weight technology Seminar

 

At 2 PM, Plastic processing and loss in weight technology Seminar held in Wuxi Jinjiang Garden Hotel. Secretary-general of CSRA Zheng Kai Made a speech 《The status and developing trend of engineering plastic processing technology》.He said the 20th Century is the century of steel, the 21st century is the century of plastic. But Chinese enterprises are generally anxious to achieve quick success and get instant benefits , they don’t make efforts in details and user experiences. The superposition of each link is the gap between mediocre and outstanding enterprise. Entrepreneurs should make the enterprise good by keeping feet on grand. Secretary-general Zheng suggested not to take the so-called shortcut. Taking a shortcut is actually not a straight line, but a polyline.

 

Professor of Beijing University of Chemical Technology Yang weimin made a speech 《The innovation of polymer processing in precision measurement technology》,He originated the theory system of calculus application to polymer. There are many magic research in the laboratory which lead mainly by him. The min. feed rate of feeder could reach 1g/hour and the accuracy can be comparable with the most advanced equipment abroad. Electrostatic spinning can show color like rainbow under natural light. Professor Yang said this is because the diameter of spinning reaches the wavelength of natural light, probably about 0.425 micron. So we can see 7 colors by eyes. There is a kind of thin film which can be divided into hundreds of layers. Its strength is tens and even hundreds of times stronger compared to normal one. In the video, the film can easily hold up a man’s weight. In the near future, thin film which can be divided into thousands of layers will be born in Professor Yang’s lab.

 

Professor of Beijing Institute of Technology Chen jinnan made a speech 《Data research during polymer procession》.She pointed out that the research ability of the field is weak currently, it’s too scattered, the calculation model we use is still stop in the beginning stage. The development of the industry can not rely on any one alone. Enterprise and association should cooperate closely. She called for the entire industry to work together and cooperate sincerely to improve the level of digital applications, enhance innovation ability, so as to compete with the international industry.

 

Vice president of China Plastic Association Professional Committee Liu yingjun especially mentioned the problem of labor cost and auto operation in dust pollution and intermittent ingredients in plastic industry. He pointed out the necessary of dust free production in plastic processing especially in plastic master batch industry, the advantages of loss in weight feeder technology, the urgency and necessity of continuous compounding process in plastic processing.

 

Vice general manager, technique director of Wuxi Lingood Li Shitong made a speech 《The application of automatic compounding technology in plastic processing 》,he mainly focused on the technique of batch feeding system and continuous loss in weight feeding system. He also gave an introduction about the process optimization of plastic compounding and the concentrated feeding system which shows the technique of Lingood ‘s loss in weight feeder and batch feeding system. He mentioned that auto compounding is the necessary part which plastic process develop to digitization, networking and industry 4.0 in the future.
